Email delivery ultimately depends on factors beyond Inboxbees' direct control, including recipient server spam filtering rules, domain reputation, proper DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and third-party sending rails (such as Brevo, Resend, Mailjet, AWS SES, or Host SMTP). Inboxbees provides automated health audits and recommendations, but cannot guarantee 100% inbox placement if your sending domain violates industry deliverability standards or triggers recipient rate limits.

4. Domain Ownership & Authorization

Users of Inboxbees represent and warrant that they own or are authorized administrators of all custom domain names connected to the system. Attempting to hijack, monitor, or route unauthorized domains is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate tenant termination and law enforcement reporting.
